    Are you ready for the February book of the month? February’s book of the month is, “The Forty-Day Word Fast” by Tim Cameron. The Forty-Day Word Fast is broken down into two parts.     Give Up Day: Shame of Past Failures

    I currently have a thirty-day self-care challenge going on. My wonderful subscribers and I have made it to week 4; Day 22 to be exact. Each week there is a give up day.
